General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Heather Webber (Alley Mills) will eventually get updates on Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) grim fate, so that could bring a huge turning point in her storyline. Heather loved Esme in her own twisted way, so she may have a revenge plot in motion soon.
This might be the perfect time for Heather to escape and pick up that hook again! Heather may completely lose it over Esme’s demise and resolve to make sure the right people pay.
Of course, Heather will feel like Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) got what he deserved, but she’ll hate the fact that he took Esme down with him.
Since Heather was counting on Laura Collins (Genie Francis) to stop Esme before things spiraled out of control, she may put the mayor on her vengeance list.
Heather may also blame Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) for stealing Ace Cassadine (Jay and Joey Clay) and setting all this in motion.
It’s easy to imagine Nikolas becoming Heather’s number one victim as a result.
Laura lost her grandson when Spencer seemingly perished, but that may not satisfy Heather. Perhaps Heather will decide Laura should lose her son too and plot Nikolas’ grisly outcome next.
Heather previously wanted to build a happy life with Esme and Ace elsewhere, so she might decide she should be the one to care for Ace with Esme gone.
Esme’s demise could really send Heather off the rails and lead to her pulling out all the stops.
Heather may not rest until she breaks out of prison, finds Nikolas to put a hook in him and snatches Ace for herself!
GH fans can expect more Nikolas drama to explode, so Heather may play a role in that as part of her demented new plan.
It’ll be interesting to see just how far Heather will go for revenge and a new future with Ace.
