Fourth Of July Cheers
It looks like Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) are outside on the deck of the Quartermaine boathouse talking after the fireworks display.
They each have a drink in their hands as Josslyn notes something Trina says, and says she will cheer to that-and they clink bottles.
It looks like Gio Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) is also at the boathouse as he says he never would have guessed.
The three are getting to know each other better, and the new neighbors seem to enjoy each other’s company.
The two best friends and the newbie in Port Charles learn something new about each other every day.
Justice Served
In the meantime, Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) is still in the Quartermaine mansion living room with Laura, who assures her that her goal is to see that justice is served.
Portia is very concerned that her idea of justice for Heather Webber (Alley Mills) and Laura’s are diametrically opposed.
Portia was able to keep her professional objectivity when she found herself treating Heather at GH but doesn’t seem to buy Heather’s cobalt poisoning made her a murderer.
If it came down to life in prison for Heather or the death penalty, Portia would likely choose the latter!
Second Chances
Elsewhere in the mansion, Nina, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) and Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) are still talking about Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) and Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen).
Nina’s turning Drew into the SEC had been brought up by Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) earlier, but now things have been turning around. Nina talks about getting a second chance to make things right.
She for sure means her part in introducing Drew to Congressman Larry McConkey (Sam McMurray). But she’s also talking about second chances with her daughter Willow.
Random Kisses?
In the meantime, Willow and Drew are taken aback by their sudden burst of mutual passion, having no idea Sasha Gilmore (Sofia Mattsson) saw them!
The randomness of what happened between them, obviously something building up for months, shocks both of them.
Willow tries to grasp for explanations, beginning to wonder if it was completely random-while Drew looks in shock at what just happened! It seems it just came at them like a bolt out of the blue!
General Hospital Spoilers: Explanations Demanded
Explanations are demanded from Cody, after he blurted out to Mac Scorpio (John J. York) that he’s his son! Mac turns around in disbelief, asking what did he say?
Later Cody comes clean to Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) about being Mac’s son and tries to explain.
Mac and Maxie will both demand explanations, as to why Cody lied, and Maxie’s really upset! Later in the week he’ll have to explain to Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) too.
