According to General Hospital rumors, Esme Price (Avery Kristen Pohl) is fabricating her amnesia.
She had always intended to make Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) believe that he was Ace Cassadine’s (Joey Clay) father.
With this tale, there are still many surprises in store, so fasten your seatbelts and get ready for a crazy journey.
Esme Remembers
When Ryan Chamberlain (Jon Lindstrom), Esme’s sadly dead father, was attempting to help him dissolve Nikolas’ marriage to Ava Jerome (Maura West), Esme was working with him. Mission done, then.
Following their breakup, Ava left Nikolas for dead after providing incriminating information about Nikolas to Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) in order to aid Spencer in obtaining custody of infant Ace.
Although she didn’t act in this way until Esme’s pregnancy with her husband’s child became known to her, there was still love between them.
Esme managed to escape from Nikolas’ captivity in Casa de Cassadine by leaping off the ledge. She apparently had no memory of who she was when she came to after being unconscious.
Yet, she very much does remember….
Upon finding out she was pregnant, Esme called her baby Ace, which was, oddly enough, what she called her unborn child when Nikolas locked her away.
Even though he never got a DNA test, Esme may be fooling everyone that Nikolas is the father. Nikolas took Esme at her word, which shouldn’t be enough.
Remember, Esme slept with Nikolas and Spencer, not too far apart, and she did it on purpose.
Esme is Avenging Her Father’s Death
Ryan was a despicable, devilish character, and the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Esme is the same. She even tried to kill Oz Haggerty (Max Faugno) and drugged Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
Esme may have hid it well, but she is reeling over her father’s death. She is furious that Ava took Ryan’s life, and the best way she can get her revenge is to keep the lie going.
Esme knows a thing or two about Nikolas as well. She knows the best way to get to him is by getting close to his son, Spencer.
She even chose to live with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) and his wife, Laura Collins, hoping that Spencer would move in and bond with Nikolas’s son, Ace.
Everything Esme does has an ulterior motive. She hasn’t changed. She’s the same troublemaker she always was.
Esme Isn’t Done Yet
Everyone thinks Nikolas fled the area to avoid being arrested for keeping Esme as a prisoner, but Nikolas will eventually return to Port Charles.
In keeping with Esme’s strategy to bring down the Cassadine family, he will hold Ava accountable for her attempt to assassinate him.
Ava is no one’s fool. Nikolas’s head will be sent to her on a silver platter. Grace Scarola and Avery Jerome Corinthos (Ava and Grace Scarola) cannot be removed, according to Ava. Of course Nikolas will fight back.
She will continue out Ryan’s legacy of bringing down the Cassadine family, which was always his intention.
What occurs next will be seen by General Hospital viewers.
