General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, October 20, suggest that Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) is slated to make a return to Pentonville, and this time, Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will be by his side when the guard arrives. While Liz might attempt to delay the inevitable, it appears Drew won’t be able to avoid going back to the danger zone.
Meanwhile, over at the Invader, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) are determined to corner Judge Albert Kim (Kurt Yue) during an interview. Unfortunately, their plans are bound to go awry. Judge Kim had initially claimed he had no knowledge of the billionaire investment banker in question, but Alexis pointed out that he had traveled on the banker’s private jet for a deep-sea fishing trip. However, it seems that Judge Kim remains unfazed and may not be easily coerced.
Given Alexis’s impending disappointment, it raises questions about whether Judge Kim will cooperate or show any signs of leniency in Drew’s case.
Switching gears, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) finds himself in a predicament. After coming to the rescue of Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) and Ava Jerome (Maura West), Dante is now facing an administrative leave and an investigation. Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) empathizes with Dante’s situation, having experienced the frustration of doing the right thing only to be met with unfavorable outcomes. It’s possible that Cody will confide in Dante about Sasha Gilmore’s (Sofia Mattsson) decision to leave town, despite Dante’s efforts to save her.
Over at Esme Prince’s (Avery Pohl) corner, she’ll assert her capability to look after her own son. Esme and Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) find themselves embroiled in a heated argument, with Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) likely stepping in as a mediator. However, it appears that Spencer is not willing to let the conflict die down, even after Kevin departs to attend to his patients.
In other GH developments, Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) seeks to rekindle his connection with Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy). However, Diane insists on a candid conversation to address the state of their relationship. She questions the nature of their romance and whether it has a future, given Robert’s clear priorities, including Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and others in his life.
While Diane and Robert confront their relationship issues, Laura Collins (Genie Francis) inquires about Charlotte Cassadine’s (Scarlett Fernandez) concerns regarding her father. Laura played a role in helping Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) recognize Victor Cassadine’s (Charles Shaughnessy) influence on Charlotte’s behavior. The duo now aims to find a way to break Victor’s hold over Charlotte.
As for Valentin, his actions raise suspicions for Anna. Valentin speaks of revenge as a possible motive, leaving her questioning her certainty. Later on, Valentin confronts Charlotte, potentially revealing his knowledge of security footage related to the hotel suite incident. This may lead to a moment of truth where Valentin asks Charlotte if she was also responsible for the fire at Wyndemere.
General Hospital spoilers suggest that Charlotte will face shocking news and accusations. Stay tuned for updates on how she handles these developments.
