Big News: Kelly Monaco’s Relationship With Billy Miller Explained
It’s without a doubt that many General Hospital and The Young and the Restless fans are still mourning the death of Billy Miller. He was best known for his role as Billy Abbott on Y&R and as Drew Cain in Port Charles. But what made his role so special on General Hospital was the fact that he worked so closely with his co-star and very, very close friend Kelly Monaco (Sam McCall). We are just saying ‘friend’ because the two of them have never confirmed their off-screen relationship. Here’s what you need to know.
General Hospital News: Kelly Monaco’s Relationship With Billy Miller Explained
Billy passed away after taking his own life on Friday, September 15th. As much as Kelly and Billy wanted to hide their romance from the world, sometimes you can just tell by the way that someone looks at the other person how they feel about them. Their relationship was known as ‘Killy.’ Billy was front and center to cheer Kelly on while she was competing on Dancing With The Stars. The two of them also looked very comfortable with one another during their red carpet appearances. As much as they didn’t want to confirm their relationship with the world, it was pretty clear to everyone that they were madly in love.
With that said, it seems like things changed the moment Billy Miller stepped away from General Hospital. Both Billy and Kelly almost immediately stopped posting about their relationship on social media. They were also rarely seen with one another, even though they did do a few fan events back in 2018 and 2019.
General Hospital News: Kelly Remains Silent About Billy’s Death
Kelly herself has been very quiet on Instagram and Twitter in the last year. Whether or not she was still with Billy, no one knows. The actress has not made any comments about Billy’s death, although at this point it’s doubtful that anything will be said. The only thing that fans do know is that Billy will always have a special place in Kelly’s heart. That is a feeling that will never change.
